At Hot Radiators , your satisfaction is our top priority. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help you fix it—quickly and fairly. We offer a simple returns process and a full refund guarantee if you send your item back in a resalable condition.

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide whether your purchase is right for you. If you change your mind or something isn’t working out, just follow the steps below to send your item back.

How to Return a Product

Returning an item to us is straightforward. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Contact our customer service team to let us know you're sending something back.

  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage.

  3. Fill in the return slip that came with your order. Make sure to note the reason for return.

  4. Choose your preferred courier and send the parcel back to us.

  5. Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

 Please note: We’re unable to accept returns in person at our showrooms. All returns must be sent to our warehouse.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We aim to make returns as flexible as possible, but some exclusions apply:

  • Made-to-order or painted radiators

  • Items not returned in a resalable condition (e.g., used, damaged, or without original packaging)

  • Products returned without prior notice

Item Damaged or Faulty?

We’re really sorry if something arrived damaged or faulty. Please drop us an email at contact@hotradiators.com with the following:

  • Photos showing the damage

  • A short description of the issue

  • Your order number

We’ll usually get back to you on the same working day, and if further investigation is needed, one of our team members will guide you through the next steps.
