Have a delivery question? You’re not alone! Here’s a helpful guide to the most common delivery-related queries we receive at Hot Radiators:
Delivery time depends on the size and type of your order.
Standard deliveries usually arrive within 2–7 working days.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirmation with tracking details. This allows you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
Note: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you place an order over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be processed the next working day. We don’t ship or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
We understand plans change. If you need to update your delivery address, contact our team as soon as possible on 0333 048 0033.
If your item is already on its way, we’ll do our best to work with the courier to arrange a more convenient delivery date or location. Please note that some couriers may charge a fee for this service.
Larger items are sent using a pallet delivery service. These typically arrive in an 18-tonne lorry (similar in size to a refuse truck).
If your street cannot accommodate large vehicles, please let us know beforehand by emailing contact@hotradiators.com. We’ll do our best to arrange a smaller vehicle, but this may affect the delivery date.
Our delivery teams are not insured to bring items inside your home, so please ensure someone is available to help receive and move the items upon arrival.
Yes! If it’s more convenient, you’re welcome to collect your order directly from our warehouse. Just select the “Customer Collection” option during checkout.
We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup. If you’re in a hurry, contact us with your order number—we may be able to have it ready within the hour.
