We work hard behind the scenes to get your items out the door and on their way as fast as possible, and we only use trusted delivery partners who treat your order with the care it deserves.

Whether you're giving your bathroom a full makeover or just replacing a few fixtures, here's everything you need to know about how your order will arrive.


What Size is Your Delivery?

We categorize our deliveries into four types, based on the size and fragility of your items. Here's how it works:

Small Deliveries

Perfect for the smaller bits and pieces—like taps, shower fittings, and waste kits. These are compact, quick to dispatch, and easy to track.

  • Delivery timeframe: Usually 1–4 working days

  • Cost: Just £2.98


Medium Deliveries

A little bulkier than small items, this category includes things like towel rails or bath panels. We’ll still get them to you swiftly and securely.

  • How it's delivered: Courier service

  • Delivery timeframe: Typically within 1–4 working days

  • Cost: £6.97


Large Deliveries

Got something bigger, like a radiator or tall towel rail? No problem—our courier partners are equipped to handle these larger items with care.

  • How it's delivered: Larger item courier network

  • Delivery timeframe: Between 1–4 working days

  • Cost: £11.97


Pallet Deliveries

For the big stuff—think full bathroom suites, baths, and shower enclosures—we use specialist pallet couriers to keep everything safe and stable.

  • How it's delivered: Secure palletised service

  • Delivery timeframe: Estimated 3–5 working days

  • Cost: £34.97

Heads up: Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. That means the driver will leave your pallet at the closest accessible point to your property (usually the driveway or pavement). Unfortunately, they can’t carry items indoors, up steps, or through narrow pathways.


Delivery to Remote Areas

Live in a remote part of the UK? We’ve got you covered—but some extra delivery charges might apply due to location-specific courier constraints.

Examples of remote areas include:

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Wight

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scilly Isles

  • Grampians

  • Other offshore or hard-to-reach postcodes

Not sure if your address is remote? It’s best to reach out to our friendly customer service team before placing your order. That way, we can confirm any additional delivery charges upfront and avoid delays.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the size and type of your order. A compact item like a tap will be delivered differently than a full bathroom suite.
Standard deliveries usually arrive within 1–4 working days, while palletised or larger orders may take 3–5 working days.

 


How will I know my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirmation with tracking details. This allows you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Note: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you place an order over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be processed the next working day. We don’t ship or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

 


Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

We understand plans change. If you need to update your delivery address, contact our team as soon as possible on 0333 305 8200.
If your item is already on its way, we’ll do our best to work with the courier to arrange a more convenient delivery date or location. Please note that some couriers may charge a fee for this service.

 


I live on a narrow street—how will my order arrive?

Larger items like full bathroom suites or enclosures are sent using a pallet delivery service. These typically arrive in an 18-tonne lorry (similar in size to a refuse truck).
If your street cannot accommodate large vehicles, please let us know beforehand by emailing customer.services@hotradiators.com. We’ll do our best to arrange a smaller vehicle, but this may affect the delivery date.

Our delivery teams are not insured to bring items inside your home, so please ensure someone is available to help receive and move the items upon arrival.

 


Can I collect my order in person?

Yes! If it’s more convenient, you’re welcome to collect your order directly from our warehouse. Just select the “Customer Collection” option during checkout.
We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup. If you’re in a hurry, contact us with your order number—we may be able to have it ready within the hour.
